Ordering information .....

You will see that we do not have a shopping cart or any ‘buy it now’ buttons. Each item we supply is engraved to customer requirements so it is important to us we know a bit about the occasion. We cannot do this with a shopping cart.

Do not be surprised if we telephone you to get some additional information about the presentation so we can better gauge the nature of the inscription.

The ordering process:
  1. select the item(s) you require
  2. let us have your inscription details
  3. send us any logos or crests
  4. WE then send you a proof of the artwork
  5. you confirm / amend as appropriate
  6. upon confirmation of the artwork we ask for payment
  7. WE engrave your order and send it out via Courier or Royal Mail

Delivery times:
Subject to stock availability and quantity we will try and have your order engraved within a few days of the artwork being confirmed.

Obviously if there is greater urgency please make us aware early in the proceedings and we shall help as best we can.

Our guarantee
We are proud of our products and take great care in ensuring all items are securely packed. However, should any goods be received damaged please contact us and we will replace them immediately subject to stock availability.

NOTE:
we cannot be held responsible for typographic mistakes once the artwork has been proofed and agreed.

CURRENCY:
all prices are in British Pounds

VAT
Prices in BLACK exclude VAT. Customers within the European Union will have VAT applied at 17.5%

Prices include the engraving of text.        Logos, crests & additional artwork are extra.

CUSTOMERS from outside the European Union please
use BLACK prices ie no VAT (Value Added Tax)
